Castle French Farm is beautiful 130 acre property located in between Raleigh and Durham in North Carolina. It is a relaxed farm with amiable people and horses. The property has a covered and uncovered ring as well as a round pen and multiple riding trails. Owners are Bill and Sheila Bagliani. Bill has many years of experience in the horse industry in a variety of areas. He bred sport and steeplechase horses in Ireland for years, and was Joint Master in Waterford and Wexford Hunts. He met Sheila in Ireland who has a deep love of horses as well. In America, he established Castle French Farm (Mencken’s Revenge) and bred Arabians for multiple years. Now, Castle French is mainly a boarding and training barn. There are about forty horses currently on the property.
Castle French’s trainer is Maisye Tucker. She has fifteen years of riding experience in multiple disciplines including hunter, jumper, equitation, and dressage. Maisye has competed throughout the country in the A/AA circuit and AQHA circuit. She is a passionate and enthusiastic young trainer who listens to clients and works with them to create challenging yet enjoyable lessons.
